It should be noted that the art. 12, paragraph 2,  della  LR n. 3/2020 provided for the attribution of a reference identification code (CIR) to all hotel and non-hotel accommodation facilities, B&Bs referred to in Regional Law 78/2000, including private accommodation leased for tourist use pursuant to art. . 32 of Regional Law 75/95. In execution of the discipline approved with  D.GR n. 281 of 25 May 2020, the CIR is automatically generated at the moment of the insertion of the registry of the structure in the Tourist Information System of the Abruzzo Region (SITRA) e corresponds to the Region Code .

 

The owners of accommodation facilities are required to publish the reference identification code (CIR) in all publicity, promotion and marketing activities of the facility itself, both through paper material and on digital media or by any other means_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ used.

AIRB&B CANCELLATION POLICIES

Your standard cancellation terms apply to short stays. They therefore apply to all bookings for less than 28 consecutive nights.

·Flexible cancellation terms: guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and get a full refund. In this case, you will not receive any compensation. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the stay or in case of no-check-in, you will instead be entitled to the amount relating to the first night. For cancellations made after check-in, you will collect the amount of nights actually used plus 1 additional night.

THE long-term cancellation terms apply to bookings of at least 28 consecutive nights. These take precedence over your standard terms.
· Semi-rigid long term cancellation policy
· To receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation at least 30 days prior to check-in. After this deadline, however, they will pay for any overnight stays they have used, plus the amount relating to the additional 30 nights. If there are less than 30 nights left of the stay at the time the guest decides to cancel, you will receive payment for any remaining nights.
